System for on-line monitoring of N-16 activity for determining a potential steam generator leak. N-16 activity in the steam circuit is determined by the detection of gamma radiation by the scintillation detection.

Data processing and analysis are undertaken by spectrometric SW together with advanced autonomous evaluation SW, which calculates the steam generator leakage in l/h.
